We at RangeMaster stand behind our products 100%. We offer an unconditional money back guarantee on every product bought directly from RangeMaster or from an authorized RangeMaster reseller. If you're unsatisfied for any reason, we will make it right with either replacement product or a full refund. Contact customer service if you have any issues and we will remedy them with the utmost priority. The Shoulder Sleeper Pillow™ and Shoulder Sleeper Wedge Pillow have their own return policy, explained below.
Shipping
- Duration: For the majority of locations, customers can expect their deliveries within 2-3 business days. We currently ship only to the contiguous United States. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is unavailable. During holidays observed by the USPS, some locations might experience shipping durations of up to 5 business days.
- Fees: We are pleased to offer free shipping for all our retail customers. However, for our Wholesale and Club members, shipping fees are as specified in their respective membership or partnership programs.
Returns
- Lifetime Guarantee: At RangeMaster Shoulder Therapy, we pride ourselves on the quality of our products. This is why we provide a lifetime guarantee on every product bought directly from RangeMaster or from an authorized RangeMaster reseller, with the exception of the Shoulder Sleeper Pillow™ and Shoulder Sleeper Wedge Pillow described below. If at any time you find yourself unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us. We may ask for proof of purchase.
- Authorized Purchases Only: Our money back guarantee and lifetime guarantee do not cover products bought from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized third-party sellers on Amazon and other marketplaces. We cannot verify how those products were stored, handled, or shipped, or whether they are new and complete. If you are not sure whether a seller is authorized, contact us at hello@myrangemaster.com before you buy.
- Conditions for Returns: We are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers, and therefore, returns and refunds are almost always accepted. However, in the rare instances where there’s a suspicion of fraud or a potential abuse of our refund system, we reserve the right to exercise our best judgment.
- Return Shipping: Concerned about the cost of returning a product? Don’t be! RangeMaster Shoulder Therapy will cover the return shipping fees for all our customers. The two Shoulder Sleeper pillows work a little differently, as explained below.
Shoulder Sleeper Pillow Returns
We’re happy to carry the Shoulder Sleeper Pillow™ and the Shoulder Sleeper Wedge Pillow, specialty sleep pillows made by a trusted partner. Because they’re third-party products rather than RangeMaster-branded products, and because their size makes them costly to ship, they have their own return policy in place of our lifetime guarantee.
- 30-day return window: You can return either pillow within 30 days of delivery. We’re not able to accept returns after 30 days.
- Undamaged items only: Please send the pillow back in undamaged condition. We’re not able to accept damaged items for return.
- Prepaid return label: Just contact us and we’ll send you a prepaid return label, so sending it back is simple.
- Your refund: Once your return arrives, we’ll refund the price you paid for the pillow, minus the actual cost of the return shipping label.
