Congratulations on the purchase of your new RangeMaster Shoulder Compression Hot/Cold Wrap!

We're positive you're going to love it!

About Your Shoulder Wrap

Your Shoulder Compression Wrap is a piece of medical grade therapy equipment that includes a removable thermal gel pack specifically made for either hot or cold use, a compression airbag that is easily adjustable with the included pump, and a 3 point adjustable strap system to fit any body type.

Cold Use (Shoulder Ice Pack)

To use your Shoulder Compression Wrap as an ice pack for your injured shoulder, remove the included thermal gel pack and place in the freezer for 2 hours. Remove from the freezer and reattach with the velcro side down.

Hot Use (Shoulder Heat Pad)

To use your Shoulder Compression Wrap as a heat pad to aid in the rehab of your shoulder, remove the included thermal gel pack and place in the microwave for 45 seconds. Remove from the microwave and reattach with the velcro side down.

Compression Use

To activate optional shoulder compression feature, make sure the "On/Off" Valve is turned to "On" position. After positioning and fastening the wrap to your shoulder, squeeze the included hand pump as many times as necessary to apply comfortable (not painful!) compression to your shoulder. This will help the hot/cold pack make even contact with your painful shoulder, providing additional relief and healing benefits.

If you'd like, may disconnect the hand pump and tube. Before doing so, make sure the "On/Off" Valve is turned to the "Off" position. This will ensure that the compression air bag does not deflate when you remove the tube. Once the valve is "Off", you can safely remove the tube. It is a screw on tube, so use caution when taking it off to not pull it and break the connector. You should be able to easily unscrew the tube from the valve.
