Poor posture is one of the leading causes of shoulder problems. Having poor posture can lead to a lack of flexibility and mobility as the muscles struggle to hold up the joints and support the structure of the body. This breakdown can then lead to the shoulder joint becoming loose in its socket, frozen from lack of mobility, or painful from muscles straining to hold the it up.
